Where the G2 and R1 Take This
Everything we learned from the G0 lives inside the choices we made for what comes next.
The G2, starting at $599, is the grown-up version of the bet we made with the G0. It keeps the discipline, glasses first, and adds the substance: dual micro-LED displays, four microphones, temple touchpads and the option to drive it all from the R1 ring.
The decision we are proudest of is one you cannot see, because it is not there. The G2 ships with no camera and no speaker. That is a direct inheritance from everything the smaller experiments taught us about trust and attention; a display can make you more capable without making the people around you uneasy.
From here the work is less about hardware and more about restraint, knowing which prompt is worth a glance and which is noise. The G0 taught us that the best feature is the one that earns its interruption. We intend to keep earning it.
